YOUR TRUST MATTERS
Privacy & Confidentiality
Last updated: October 6, 2026
Beyond Sunday Social Media Group values the trust of the churches and individuals we serve. Protecting evaluation information is one of our top priorities.
Information we collect
Church evaluations collect questionnaire responses, written comments, and demographic information requested by the church, such as age range and length of membership. Participants use an access code and are not asked to enter their names or email addresses on the evaluation form. When churches send email invitations, recipient email addresses and invitation records are also stored.
How information is used
Evaluation information supports the church’s authorized review process through reports, analysis, and written feedback. Invitation and code-use records help manage participation and prevent repeated submissions. Code-use records are stored separately from evaluation answers.
Who can access information
Reports and comments are restricted to authorized church reviewers. Authorized Beyond Sunday service administrators may access stored information when needed to operate, maintain, or support the service. We use service providers for website hosting, data storage, and email delivery.
Protecting confidentiality
We use access controls and encryption to help protect information. No online service can guarantee complete security or anonymity. Written comments and demographic details may reveal a participant’s identity, so please avoid names and other identifying details in comments. Authorized church reviewers can download or print reports and are responsible for protecting those copies.
Questions about your information
Contact hello@beyondsundaysmg.com with questions about privacy, access, or data retention and deletion. Questions about a church’s evaluation decisions or use of results should be directed to its designated evaluation leader.
This statement may be updated as our services and practices change.
